Gets Disconnected Randomly

Top 3 Reasons For Disconnections

1) Cable is Loose

  1) Check the connection between the modem and your wireless router / computer.
2) Make sure the connection is nice and tight and "snaps" into place. If the tab doesnt snap gently bend out the tab and try plugging back into your device.
3) Once all cables are checked try reconnecting and see if problem continues

2) Your Wireless Router is Experiencing Interference Issues

  1) Find your router maker and model number on the sticker on the bottom of the router.
2) Go to the manufacturer website and click on support
3) Enter the information they request from the sticker in step 1
4) Download the user manual and find the section talking about wireless settings and change the channel to something different


3) Router May Need a Software Upgrade

  1) Follow Steps 1-4 in the interference issues box
2) Download the latest verison of your router's firmware and find the section in the manual on how to upgrade its software version. Follow the steps its specifies.
3) Try out the new software version and see if problem continues
